The desk arrived and was easy to assemble; however, the top can be easily lifted off, which would be unsafe. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. I followed all of the given directions. Also, once the desk is at his max height, I can't seem to get it to go lower. Any assistance from those who have purchased this item would be great! I really wanted to start using this standing desk as soon as possible. Thanks!
