I bought this chair because it has 4 things i was looking for.1. Roller2. Adjustable heights3. Arms that can get out of the way4. ColorIt was easy to put together. Follow the instructions and DO NOT tighten the bolts until all are in place. Then tighten them and move on to the next step.Only tricky part was putting the arms on after the other one was already on. I was doing this by myself so an extra pair of hands would have been useful but instead i used my head. Literally. I used my head to brace it so i could slide everything into place. Took 5 mins doing that way. It took me 20 mins to set.up the chair that should have taken 15 mins.It's perfect for ny craft room. I can zip around my room and feel very secure that I'm not going to tip over.Then once i get to my other 3 desk i can adjust the height of the chair.The pink is cute. Too bad it didn't come in a hot pink.If anything changes i will updated.The chair itself is beautiful and very comfortable. However I didn't have enough screws or some screws didnt fit at all they give you a key that can only screw in two of the screws that go to the arm rests so my suggestion is to have a smaller key handy to use to screw the other screws in. Also got very lucky that we had left over screws from a different purchase cause those screws are what we used for the arm rests not really worth the hassle even if we did eventually get it builtI specifically ordered this chair because the dimensions and descriptions stated it would lift to a height of 24". IT Does Not. Maximum is 22". I needed a chair that would a adjust in a range from 23" to 25" to fit a draft table desk. It's completely assembled [my husband did it while I was gone} so now I can't send it back. I looked at a minimum of 40-50 chairs to find only a few that would fit my desk. Very unhappy with this purchase. Now I'm going to have to find a cushion to raise the sitting height. I took a chance and it was the wrong one.Nice looking chair but it’s not real comfortable and it’s small. Made for for a woman. Could use more seat cushioning.Very comfortable. I’ve only had it for a week. I think it will hold up.Got it as a surprise for my 10 years daughter. She liked soo much. The cushion is very soft and lather is cold better than the warm fabric. the wheels are easy to move. has cool feature that the arms can left up so can go under the desk to get more space in her room. She liked the color at the most. Pink like the gummi. for me I like it because its soft on her back as she spend long time on her desk. worth the money.This chair is very comfortable and supportive so far and overall would recommend it (but due to the COVID-19 work from home all the time - I'm upgrading from a bar stool - so I might not be the best person to ask; anything would be an massive improvement at this point). However, if your looking for a full time office chair that would be counter top/bar height - this is not the right one for you, unless you purchase a separate gas lift cylinder for the full stool height.The advertised (from the measurement pictures) top of the seat height of this chair after doing a bit of math with the gas lift cylinder fully extended SHOULD HAVE been 31-ish inches from the floor - THIS IS NOT TRUE. The seat height from the floor to the top of the seat is roughly 20-21" with the gas lift cylinder fully extended....very frustrating - so I've had to order a full stool height gas cylinder to get the needed height for the most recent home office investment.Vendor contacted me via email on 6/9/2021 with the following information:"We are really sorry that you are not satisfied with from our store on Amazon. We have already changed to another manufacturer to ensure the better quality and service according to your review...."So apparently the quality control issue has been addressed....
